Quick Introduction about Myself

My name is Nasser. I am 31 years old. I am married and have two boys ages 7 and 5 years. I come from Saudi Arabia. My parents from two different families. I am the oldest son of five brothers and two sisters. I grew up in small town south of Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia. I got Bachelor Degree in computer science. I chose that specialist because I like maths and logic.
I graduated from King Saud University in Riyadh in 2001. After three months since I graduated, I got a job in one of big communication companies in Riyadh. I worked there as network administrator for three years then I left that company to other one with better offer. I worked in the second company as programmer until 2006.  I believed that governmental job is more safe than a job in privet companies, so I tried to find a governmental job. After I got acceptance from governmental department, I took that opportunity. I have been enjoying with the new job. Last year my career gave me chance to have Master Degree in computer science from the United State. I found that is good chance for explorer new country and unmissable chance for my kids education.
In July 2011, I started looking for a good university that gives Master Degree in computer science and locates in a suitable area for me and my family. After long search, I found California State University Fullerton as best  choice for me and Fullerton city as good choice for my kids because its elementary schools have high rates comparing with other schools in different cities in Orange County. I am enjoying with this opportunity even when it has many of obstacles.

  1. Hello Nasser, I'm glad you and your family can all come to the U.S.! What a great opportunity for your boys to attend school here! Which school do they go to? I live in Fullerton, so I am familiar with many of the local schools.

  2. Thank you for your kindness.

The elemntary schools in my region did not have the way I am looking for to teach English for my kids. But in US, my kids will learn English from native speakers.
Right now, my kids go to Laguna Roda Elementary school. and I am looking for some kind of summer programs to teach then reading and maths.

    Thank you for your comment.

    1. Hi Nash, Laguna Road is a highly ranked school. I heard they give a lot of work to the students. There are children's tutoring classes everywhere. Fullerton Junior College offers a "Kids College" with summer classes. Kumon has a great year-round math and English tutoring program. The skills taught are step by step and very repetitive. Also Elite Educational Institue offers intensive math and English classes - a little expensive, though. Kumon and Elite are in Fullerton at the corner of Euclid and Rosecrans.

    3. You are right Rita. I was there yesterday morning to fill out some papers for the youngest son, and they told me as what you mentioned. Also I found Brea public library has small English tutoring program with cheaper costs.
Thank you so much for your help. I wish I spoke to you before.
      Sincerely,
